First time? Here's exactly what to expect at every service on site - touchless automatic wash, self-serve bays, and dog wash.
Nothing to figure out inside the bay. The screen inside the bay tells you when to drive in, when to stop and when you are done.
Stop at the payment terminal in front of the bay. Choose your wash on the terminal and pay by card or phone - Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash or coins.
Do not drive into the bay before you have paid. Once your payment goes through, an animated character on the screen inside the bay waves you in.
Roll forward slowly and keep watching the screen. The screen tells you when to stop. Wind up the windows.
Within a few seconds the wash starts. The gantry moves around your car, and the screen shows each stage as it happens - pre-soak, chemical treatment, high-pressure rinse, wax, spotless rinse.
The screen tells you when the wash is done. Drive forward out of the bay. That's it.
A touchless wash lifts road dust and grime without touching the paint. Caked-on mud needs a brush. Give it a quick pre-soak and rinse in a self-serve bay first, then drive into the touchless.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay at the terminal in front of the bay. No coins.
Pick up the wand and work through each step at your own pace. Add more time whenever you need it.
Start with the wheels and tyres. A strong degreaser loosens brake dust and grime from the rims before you touch the bodywork.
Apply pre-soak to the full body of the car. This loosens road grime and makes the soap stage more effective. Leave it on for a minute.
Foaming wash solution over the entire car. Work from roof to sills. The soap lifts the remaining dirt ready for rinsing.
An optional soft brush for panels and glass. Use it while the soap is still on the car for the best result. Skip this step if you prefer.
High-pressure rinse to remove all soap and loosened dirt. Work from the roof down. Make sure you get door sills and under the wheel arches.
Apply liquid wax over the whole car for a protective coat and shine. Let it sit briefly before the final rinse.
The final rinse uses purified water. This means no mineral deposits left on the paint - no water spots, no streaks. The best finish you can get from a self-serve wash.
Nine short videos walking through each step of the self-serve wash.
