Warm water rinse

Wet your dog down thoroughly with warm water before applying shampoo.

Shampoo

Work the shampoo through the coat from head to tail. Leave for a minute before rinsing.

Conditioner

Apply conditioner through the coat for a smooth, shiny finish. Rinse thoroughly.

Blow dry

Use the blow dryer in the bay to dry your dog down before you leave.

No. Just turn up. The dog wash is open 24/7 - same as the car wash. No appointment, no waiting list.
What size dogs can use it?
All sizes. The bay is designed to handle dogs of any breed. Small dogs through to large breeds like German Shepherds and Labradors are all fine.
What's included in the $11?
Warm water, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer access in the bay. Everything you need for a full wash.
Do I need to bring anything?
A towel for yourself - you will get wet. Your dog doesn't need anything. All the products are provided in the bay.
How do I pay?
Card or phone at the bay panel. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay all accepted. No coins needed for the dog wash.
Is it open on public holidays?
Yes. Open 24/7, 365 days a year - including Christmas, Easter, and every public holiday.
